I first found Modes In Motion about 5 years back in a Barnes and Noble here in LA, and have been hooked since. As a guitar player for many years and wanting to do more with Modes, this book was the only method that really gave me the power to use the modes with confidence and accuracy and SICK speed. Super stoked to see these videos out Lucien. I;m off to purchase the backing Jam Tracks on itunes, can’t wait to jam with the man.

I bought this book on amazon and have had major success with this method using the book and the backing tracks together that go with it. Playing with the backing tracks really got me practiced up to par to be able to jam with other players using the modes. This method has improved my playing 100 fold

COOL! I just discovered you after hearing Evolucien on the radio, and after buying your fusion album I’m a fan. I didn’t realize you had guitar methods out too and think it’s an interesting take on modes. If this makes me play like you do, then I’m ordering this book too LOL
This is great stuff – fianlly someone who can teach the modes in an easier format. Again, great soloing at the end of the lesson, very cool how you demonstrate the whole deal at the end.
I found this method years ago, and once I studied through it, everything just clicked. I highly encourage any player beginner or advanced to pick up this book and dvd, it will completely change your ability with the modes. Seriously, made a huge difference in my playing and a bunch of guys I’ve suggested it to, everyone has seen so much improvement with this method.
